This website uses industry standard security measures to protect your personal information, including an SSL certificate.  You should never enter personal information at website addresses that don’t begin with ‘https://’  The ‘S’ in HTTPS means the page is secure.  We secure the checkout pages, and any login pages where you enter your password.  We recommend that you do not use the same password for this website that you use for your bank or credit cards.  We do not store ANY credit card information on our servers.  Your credit information is securely transmitted to Authorize.net a leading payment processor for online transactions.  Their servers are very secure, and they have an excellent track record for online security.

PHOTO SUBMISSIONS

We love to receive photos from our customers, and will post your submissions according to the following conditions:

If you are not the person in the photo, or if the photo is of a child under the age of 18, you must identify your relationship with the person along with their name and address if different. By sending us your photos, you agree that: you are giving Have 2 Have It full permission to use of your photo for publishing on their website, print media, display media, or any other use that they see fit. You further certify that you have permission from the people in the photo to distribute their image. You are also responsible for the penalties if you violate copyright, distribute others likeness without their permission, or give us images that have been previously published.

Have 2 Have It may edit the photo for their needs.  Photos of children without requested information present will not be used. Have 2 Have It must ask for contact information as a legal means of entering in a contract besides the terms and conditions listed here. We will not sell or give your information to any non-partner third parties. If you are under 18 please have your parent or guardian send us the photo. Have 2 Have It has the right to choose when and where to use pictures, if at all, and any photos sent become property of Have 2 Have It. Have 2 Have It will not use the images, or a person’s likeness, to portray any negative, illegal, or harmful acts that may result in negative or harmful attitudes or defamation of character on behalf of Have 2 Have It or the person in the image itself. Have 2 Have It will, and is obligated to, report any illegal or harmful acts portrayed in any received images. If your picture is being used, and you would like for us to remove it, please Contact Us so we may resolve the matter quickly.
